by using wararetail.com, you agree to these terms. we've kept them simple.

who we are

WARA is a preloved clothing retailer based in Karachi, Pakistan. we sell authenticated, A-grade athletic and athleisure wear from brands like Nike, Gymshark, and Lululemon.

your account

  • you're responsible for keeping your password secure
  • provide accurate information when checking out
  • you must be 18+ to purchase (or have parental permission)

product accuracy

  • all items are preloved — we inspect and clean every piece, but minor wear is normal
  • photos are accurate representations, but colors may vary slightly on different screens
  • measurements are provided where possible — check them before buying
  • all sales are of authentic branded items — we guarantee authenticity

pricing and payment

  • all prices in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
  • we accept: cash on delivery, bank transfer, and (soon) card payments
  • prices include the item cost — shipping is PKR 250 nationwide
  • we reserve the right to cancel orders if pricing errors occur

shipping

  • ships within 24-48 hours via TCS, Leopards, or M&P
  • delivery takes 3-5 business days
  • we're not responsible for courier delays beyond our control
  • you're responsible for providing a correct delivery address

intellectual property

  • WARA branding, logo, and site design are our property
  • product photos belong to us — don't use them without permission
  • brand names (Nike, Gymshark, Lululemon) are trademarks of their respective owners

limitation of liability

  • items sold as-is — we've inspected them, but they're preloved
  • we're not liable for:
    • fit issues (check measurements before buying)
    • minor cosmetic wear not disclosed in listing
    • courier delays or lost packages (though we'll help resolve issues)
    • damages that occur after delivery

prohibited use

don't:

  • use the site for anything illegal
  • scrape our content or pricing
  • impersonate WARA or resell using our branding
  • abuse return policy (serial returners will be blocked)

changes to terms

we can update these terms anytime. continued use = acceptance of changes. check this page occasionally.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. disputes will be handled in Karachi courts.
