delivery issues

if your package is delayed:
contact us on whatsapp (03209095122) — we'll track it down with the courier.

if you're not home:
couriers will call before delivery. if you miss them, they'll attempt redelivery or hold at the local office for pickup.

damaged in transit:
send us a photo on whatsapp within 24 hours. we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

wrong address:
double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. we can't redirect packages once they're shipped, and return shipping fees apply.
