RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Every WARA piece is preloved, individually photographed, measured, and graded — what you see is exactly what arrives. Still, if something isn't right, you have 7 days.

7-day returns. You may return any item within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in the exact condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, with our WARA tag still attached.

How to start a return. Message us on WhatsApp (0320 9095122) with your order number and the reason. We'll confirm and share the return address. Return shipping is paid by you, unless we sent the wrong item or the item doesn't match its listing — then shipping is on us.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 3 business days via bank transfer. COD orders are also refunded by bank transfer — we'll ask for your account details.

Not returnable. Items worn, washed, altered, or returned without the WARA tag. Items returned after the 7-day window.

Wrong or misdescribed item? If the piece doesn't match its photos, measurements, or grade, contact us within 7 days — we'll cover return shipping and refund you in full, or find you something better.
