we want you to be happy with your purchase. if something isn't right, we'll make it right.

returns

you have 7 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund. no questions asked.

to return:

• item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
• contact us on whatsapp (03209095122) with your order number
• we'll arrange pickup or provide return shipping instructions
• refund processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the item

refund method

refunds go back to your original payment method:

• bank transfer → back to your account within 3-5 business days
• cash on delivery → bank transfer to your account (we'll ask for details)

what we don't accept

we can't accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery. all our pieces are preloved and carefully inspected — we trust you'll treat them with the same care.

damaged or incorrect items

if you receive a damaged item or we sent the wrong piece, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund. just send us a photo on whatsapp within 24 hours of delivery.
