Every piece we list is inspected by hand and given one honest grade. Not to gatekeep — to tell you exactly what you're getting before it arrives.
- ExcellentLike new. No visible wear, no fading, no pilling. The previous owner barely got started.
- GoodLightly worn and fully functional. Minor signs of life, honestly photographed, nothing that affects how it performs.
- FairVisible wear, honestly disclosed and priced accordingly. Still authentic, still cleaned, still has miles left.
Every piece is professionally cleaned before it ships, and the grade is on every product page. If it doesn't meet the grade we'd put on it, it doesn't make it to the site.
We check. So you don't have to.
Every item is authenticated before it's listed — care labels, style codes, construction details, hardware, the things counterfeiters get wrong. We cross-reference against manufacturer records and inspect every piece by hand.
And yes — fakes show up in sourcing. When they do, they don't get relisted, resold, or returned to the supplier pool. They're destroyed. What reaches you is the real thing, or it doesn't reach you at all.
Sizes lie. Inches don't.
A Lululemon 6 and a Gymshark M aren't the same garment. Sizing shifts between brands, lines, and years — which is why we measure every single piece by hand, in inches, and publish the measurements on its product page.
Compare them against a garment you own and love. That's the most reliable fit check in preloved — better than any size chart.
